The Wellness Specialist serves as the lead advocate and primary resource for holistic workplace well-being, driving initiatives that span physical, mental, emotional, and social dimensions. This role is designed to foster a culture of prevention and engagement by integrating onsite presence, virtual programming, and digital tools. Whether acting as an onsite lead, a hybrid specialist, or a regional resource, you will exercise independent judgment to adapt wellness strategies that align with specific client cultures and workforce demographics.
The position focuses on education, behavior change support, and program coordination rather than clinical diagnosis or medical treatment. You will guide employees toward healthy lifestyle behaviors, reduced health risks, and injury prevention through tailored workshops, challenges, and one-on-one support. Success in this role requires balancing autonomous fieldwork with collaborative efforts to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple locations.
