We are seeking an outgoing and motivated part-time health and wellness professional dedicated to helping health seekers of all ages reach their total well-being goals. The ideal candidate will use fun and engaging strategies to foster a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes healthy member well-being and engagement.
In this role, you will build effective relationships with members from diverse backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions. You will take the initiative to help members reach their personal goals while maintaining a working knowledge of current wellness trends. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring the Wellness Center and ensuring a safe environment with functioning exercise equipment.
This is a part-time position with a starting rate of $11.30/hr. Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
Available shifts include Monday through Friday during midday and closing times, with possible weekend opportunities.
Candidates with a background in exercise science or a related field are preferred, though we are willing to train those without specific experience. If you are ready to join our team, please apply through our standard application process.
