About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join our dedicated team in a welcoming senior living community. As a Wellness Associate, you will provide daily care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety. You will report to the Wellness Director and Wellness Manager, delivering services based on each resident's individual service plan.

In this role, you will be the eyes and ears for resident well-being, maintaining awareness of their physical and mental health and reporting any changes immediately. Your day will involve assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, as well as supporting them with meal selection, hygiene, and keeping their units clean and orderly. You will also respond to emergencies, provide first-aid, and assist with activity programs.

We are currently hiring for our Memory Care Night Shift on a full-time basis. The position involves rotating 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a). If you have a passion for working with seniors and helping them live life to the fullest, we would love the opportunity to speak with you.
