Artisan Direct is seeking independent contractors to manage the placement and retrieval of temporary weekend signs in the CLOSEST CITY, State area. This role is designed for individuals seeking flexible, recurring supplemental income who enjoy working outdoors and driving independently.
The position involves installing lightweight corrugated plastic signs on wooden stakes and retrieving them the following weekend. Contractors must complete installations between Friday at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM, and pick up the same signs between Sunday at 6:00 PM and Monday at 8:00 AM. Artisan Direct provides all signs, stakes, and replacement inventory as needed.
This role is ideal for delivery drivers, rideshare drivers, couriers, retirees, veterans, or anyone looking for a straightforward, independent schedule. Contractors determine their own driving order and work solo, making it a dependable way to earn extra income on your own terms.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle capable of transporting 30+ signs. A smartphone (Android or iPhone) roughly four years old or newer is required to run the mobile application for reporting installations and pickups. Contractors are responsible for their own fuel, expenses, taxes, and insurance.
Compensation includes a starting rate of $ XX per weekend, paid via direct deposit every two weeks. A $20.00 signing bonus is available, along with a $100.00 bonus after completing four weeks of work. As more work becomes available in the location, the contractor support team will offer additional routes to increase earnings.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are not employees of Artisan Direct and are not offered benefits, minimum hours, or employment guarantees. While contractors may accept or decline routes, they must complete any route they commit to within the specified time windows.
