About the Role

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated Part-time Retail Marketers to join our team. In this role, you will attend pre-scheduled shifts at various retail stores to generate leads for our local offices through direct interaction with potential customers. You will serve as the face of our #1 rated product, using high-energy engagement techniques to educate shoppers and demonstrate the value of our gutter protection solutions.

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment. You will work without close supervision while maintaining clear communication with the Retail Event Marketing Manager. The role requires a strong desire to meet and exceed lead targets, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to earn competitive pay through performance-based commissions and grow into future management positions.
