About the Role
The Website & SharePoint Administrator serves as the technical steward for AAR's digital ecosystem, ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our corporate web properties, including aarcorp.com and the internal intranet. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical execution and brand strategy, partnering closely with IT, Investor Relations, Corporate Marketing, and Communications to deliver exceptional user experiences that align with organizational priorities.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day technical operations of our digital landscape, overseeing vendor coordination, development lifecycles, quality assurance, and analytics. You will act as the primary point of contact for the Optimizely CMS environment, ensuring that design elements, brand updates, and content workflows are implemented accurately and efficiently. The role requires a balance of hands-on technical work—such as debugging, code maintenance, and performance optimization—and strategic collaboration to maintain consistency across all AAR affiliated websites.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleWrite clean, scalable, and well-documented code for maintenance-type deployments
- check_circleOptimize websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- check_circleTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues and bugs
- check_circlePartner with Corporate Marketing to maintain consistent design and branding across all websites
- check_circleSupport the technical implementation of new design elements and brand updates in Optimizely
- check_circleCoordinate with internal departments for content accuracy and timeliness
- check_circleOversee ongoing updates, maintenance, and performance monitoring of digital properties
- check_circleCollaborate with IT to set up new Optimizely users and maintain access permissions
- check_circleTrain new users on Optimizely, content workflows, and governance
- check_circleExecute quality assurance for staging and test environments
- check_circleOwn Google Analytics account management, including granting access and maintaining structures
- check_circleManage AAR's SharePoint intranet site and perform technical administrative functions
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Digital Media, IT, computer science or related field preferred
- verifiedExperience with enterprise CMS platforms (Optimizely strongly preferred)
- verifiedFamiliarity with SEO best practices, UX/UI principles, web development, web accessibility, SharePoint, and basic HTML/CSS
