As the Digital Marketing & Web Specialist, you will serve as the primary technical and operational lead for the agency's web properties, including the public website(s) and intranet. This role exists to ensure our digital platforms effectively communicate our mission, maintain high standards of security and accessibility, and drive engagement through data-informed improvements.
In this hybrid position based in Culver City, CA, you will manage and implement timely website content updates in WordPress while maintaining functionality, performance, and security. You will translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to independently manage web systems. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Visual Design and Branding to align web initiatives with our organizational goals and brand standards.
