About the Role
As a Part-Time Multi-Site Job Coach, you will serve as a vital bridge between participants, employers, and our program teams. This role exists to foster independence and inclusion in real-world work settings across the region. You will provide on-the-job training and coaching at various locations, focusing on teaching essential job skills, reinforcing positive habits, and advocating for reasonable accommodations. Your day-to-day involves supporting participants as they navigate workplace dynamics, ensuring they have the tools to thrive while maintaining timely reporting and compliance with program standards.
