About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Lead Waterfront Manager to support the Senior Program Manager and our team. This role provides the full range of technical engineering support services necessary for cradle-to-grave engineering support and waterfront management for the NAVSEA Program Executive Office (PEO) for Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Combat Management Systems (CMS).

In this position, you will serve as a vital link between the program office and the in-service fleet. You will maintain situational awareness of the Surface Combatant Combat/Weapon System Lifecycle, addressing readiness, modernization, and integration issues. Your work involves facilitating communication between internal teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute program plans. You will monitor program progress, identify risks, and provide fleet feedback to ISEAs and Program Sponsors to facilitate issue resolution.

This opportunity is available at various CONUS and OCONUS locations, including Norfolk, VA; Everett, WA; San Diego, CA; Yokosuka, Japan; Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Rota, Spain; and Mayport, FL.
