We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Lead Feature Development Engineer to lead a team providing comprehensive technical engineering support services. This role is essential for delivering cradle-to-grave engineering support and management for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office (PEO) for Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Combat Management Systems (CMS), specifically supporting IWS X.
In this position, you will leverage your current NAVSEA systems engineering and engineering management experience to drive the modernization and evolution of Navy weapon and combat systems. You will coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and execute project plans, while leading or contributing to high-visibility PEO IWS programs through specialized technical and business expertise. Your work will involve strategic planning, coordination, and providing senior and flag-level support for new program initiatives, ensuring regulatory and operational standards are maintained through the review of policies and performance reports.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA III in Program Management. Knowledge of DoW Acquisition Regulations. Current or previous experience supporting NAVSEA PEO IWS CMS efforts.
