As a Water Treatment Chemical Site Manager, you will be stationed at a customer's data center in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. Your primary mission is to solve complex water treatment concerns, commission new application and system assets, and troubleshoot water treatment and control equipment. You will serve as the on-site expert, performing extensive lab work and ensuring industrial cooling towers operate with maximum energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
This role is designed for a committed professional who thrives in an environment of continuous technical growth. You will work independently to manage site activities, conduct detailed water testing and analyses, and deliver on customer KPIs. The position offers ample technical support and continuous training, allowing you to promote proprietary chemical blends and monitoring technology while pursuing cost-savings initiatives that benefit power, water, and labor efficiency.
