As a valued team member at CACI, you will join a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions and driven by a higher purpose: to ensure the safety of our nation. We place character and innovation at the center of everything we do, fostering a culture of integrity where every employee's unique contribution is valued.
You will lead the Warfighter Engagement Team within the Exploitation Analysis and Response (EA&R) Division's Global Operational Support and Threat (GOST) Branch. Your mission is to manage a diverse team of Special Operations Forces veterans, combat arms veterans, and UxS Pilots to deliver Counter UxS (CUxS) training, system validation testing, and vulnerability assessments to DoD, IC, and coalition forces across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
In this role, you will provide critical subject matter expertise that integrates the latest CUxS threat training, emerging enemy TTPs, and capability gaps to improve warfighter operability and combat sustainability. You will interact directly with units preparing for deployment to areas with improvised UxS threats, providing red air support and real-world scenarios that allow personnel to practice recognizing, detecting, reporting, and neutralizing threats. Your team will also support live fire exercises (LFX) and system validation exercises, ensuring operational continuity and comprehensive threat assessments for client commands.
Beyond technical execution, you will serve as a manager, guiding less-experienced team members, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating deployment schedules to ensure all team members meet rigorous requirements. Relocation to Aberdeen Proving Ground is required for this position.
CACI offers an environment of trust where you have the autonomy to take the time you need through a unique flexible time off benefit. We are committed to continuous growth, providing robust learning resources to help you make your ambitions a reality. Together, we advance our nation's most critical missions, build on our legacy of business success, and find opportunities to break new ground in your career.
