You will join the Enterprise Logistics team, which drives fleet management, capital planning, and schedule adherence for enterprise-wide warehousing solutions. As the Warehousing & Distribution Project Management Analyst, you will serve as the vital bridge between warehousing/distribution operations and project controls. Your work ensures that equipment acquisition is timely, data remains flawless, and all warehousing initiatives stay on track. You will partner directly with warehouse sites to maintain accurate master-data records and oversee workflows for vehicle validation and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and translate technical details into concise executive briefings.

This position is based in Dallas, Texas, at a facility requiring special access. The selected candidate will work under a hybrid model, splitting their schedule between a designated Lockheed Martin facility and part-time remote work. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. This role follows a 4x10 hour day schedule (3 days off per week).
Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start. Experience in or supporting Production Planning & Controls (PPC) or materials/inventory management initiatives. Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software. Knowledge of capital-planning processes (CERs, Lean Requests). Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., LMBuildings).
