About the Role

As a UPS Warehouse Worker/Temporary Cover Driver, you will be a friendly, physically active crew member who enjoys being outdoors, fast-paced work, and being behind the wheel. You will work inside as a warehouse worker and, when needed, drive our familiar brown trucks to bring packages of all shapes and sizes to our customers.

While functioning as a temporary cover driver (TCD), you will be required to work 8–10 hours each day (Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday) and utilize excellent customer contact and driving skills. When functioning as a warehouse worker, you will typically work 3½–5 hours each day (Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday) and be required to work your assigned shift based on operational needs.

This role is a workout like no other. You will be responsible for loading and unloading boxes, requiring the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and possess the stamina to handle a busy shift. As a temporary cover driver, you are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
