About the Role
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company's success. As a Selector, you will work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. You will select and move product between the loading dock and the warehouse, utilizing company-provided equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, and carts.
In this role, you will select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area, where they are wrapped, labeled, and readied for shipment in a timely manner. You will operate in multi-temperature environments, including dry, cooler, and freezer sections, ensuring that all safety checks and equipment inspections are performed correctly.
