About the Role
As a Selector, Non-Formula, you will be the active force maintaining the efficient flow of products through our distribution process. You will select and move product between the loading dock and the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every step.
In this role, you will select cases and containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Your day involves manually placing appropriate stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks, utilizing company-provided equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, tuggers, and carts. Once items are placed on pallets, you will transport completed orders to the loading dock staging area, where they are wrapped, labeled, and readied for timely shipment. You will also manage equipment maintenance, including battery changes and vehicle inspections, ensuring all safety devices are functioning properly.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check. Successful applicants will complete required training independently and become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
