About the Role
The Warehouse Technician – Driving plays a key role in supporting patients through daily warehouse operations. This position uniquely combines hands-on equipment management with shipping, inventory support, and direct patient interaction. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders, as well as receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
A significant portion of this role involves driving to deliver and set up respiratory and home medical equipment in patient homes and healthcare facilities. You will educate patients and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of equipment, perform basic patient assessments, and troubleshoot equipment issues in urgent situations. The role requires maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment while adhering to strict HIPAA guidelines, infection control, and safety protocols.

Candidates for this role must undergo a company-conducted background check and, for driving roles, a Motor Vehicle Record check.
