Tigris Fulfillment Partners serves as Hajoca's national Master Distributor of kitchen and bath fixtures, supporting over 400 locations nationwide known as Profit Centers. Tigris Fulfillment is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to join the team at their Salt Lake City, UT office.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive on providing an excellent customer experience and are deeply committed to safety and service. As a Warehouse Teammate, you will be the backbone of accurate order fulfillment, ensuring that every customer receives exactly what they need. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of receiving incoming vendor shipments, verifying counts, and managing customer returns. You will be responsible for stocking and maintaining the warehouse environment while picking, documenting, and packing customer orders in strict accordance with company policy.
Attention to detail is paramount in this position. You will identify non-stock, special-order, and damaged materials, ensuring they are stored in proper locations to maintain inventory integrity. The role requires you to handle shipping discrepancies, complete necessary documentation for third-party carrier shipments, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace by removing debris such as empty cartons and pallets. You will also be expected to assist co-workers in servicing customers and proactively communicate any stock depletions or safety issues to your supervisor.
