Kohler Store is one of our trade names, and we are currently seeking a Warehouse Teammate for our Costa Mesa, CA location.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive on providing an excellent customer experience and possess a strong orientation toward safety and service. As a Warehouse Teammate, you will be an integral part of our local Profit Center, ensuring the accurate fulfillment of customer orders and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is paramount. Your day will involve receiving and verifying incoming vendor shipments, managing customer returns, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will pick, document, and pack orders while handling shipping discrepancies and identifying special-order or damaged materials. Safety is a core component of this position; you will be expected to operate warehouse forklifts and material handling equipment safely, maintain a clean and secure workspace, and actively participate in safety training programs. Additionally, you will assist co-workers in servicing customers and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding stock levels or safety concerns.
