About the Role

In this facility maintenance position, you will perform and assist with essential maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and grounds. Your work ensures that equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely, directly supporting the smooth functioning of our operations. You will interact effectively with the team, often working with little direction while assisting others, and will be responsible for identifying and suggesting improvements to equipment and safety protocols.

Working Environment

This role takes place in a refrigerated warehouse environment where temperatures can fluctuate, reaching as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit. You will work in a noisy setting and may need to tolerate confined spaces, elevated heights, and weather emergencies. The position requires the ability to handle products that may contain food allergens and to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including insulated clothing, steel-toed footwear, and safety glasses.

Schedule and Compensation

The standard working hours for this position are Sunday through Wednesday, from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm. The rate of pay is $21.50 per hour, with additional pay based on relevant work experience. Actual salaries may vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications.
