About the Role
The Lead Warehouse Associate serves as a vital leadership figure within our logistics operations. In this role, you will oversee the handling of customer products, managing the critical flow of loading and unloading freight. You will act as the bridge between management and the warehouse floor, assigning work functions to associates to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and safely.
Your day will involve supervising daily tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring that all team members adhere to company and site-specific safety policies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing guidance on product care and equipment usage. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a culture of safety and high-quality service.
Hours
This position operates on a Monday through Wednesday schedule, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Requirements
