About the Role
This position is designed to monitor and supervise team efficiency, ensuring that every employee contributes to the successful execution of our objectives. You will serve as a bridge between senior management and the warehouse floor, responsible for inventory integrity, vehicle maintenance, and on-time customer order delivery.
In this role, you will not only manage schedules and attendance but also actively learn and perform the duties of your subordinates, including Class C Delivery Drivers, Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, and Cleaning Crew. Your day-to-day involves coaching employees, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace in accordance with OSHA regulations. You will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment that may include exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate to loud noise levels.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be available to work full-time (typically 40 hours per week) and must be willing to work any shift on Friday or Saturday. Please note that this is an on-site role; remote work is not available. Specific shifts, such as the Morning Supervisor role (4:30 AM – 1:30 PM), may be assigned based on business needs.
