Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to support our stores. Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, your day will involve a variety of essential tasks depending on the specific needs of the warehouse. You may work across different departments, including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management, packing, shipping, or inventory control, or inventory management. Your responsibilities include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, picking store systems, and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will also be responsible for packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all warehouse safety procedures.
