About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped efficiently to support our retail operations. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the smooth flow of inventory while working in a fast-paced distribution setting that values safety, productivity, and teamwork.
What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks depending on the specific needs of the warehouse. Your day-to-day activities may include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory, picking store orders, packing boxes, labeling shipments, stacking pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, and wrapping pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory. Employees must follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards.
