About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment within a fast-paced distribution center.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a variety of tasks depending on warehouse needs, which may include receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management, packing, shipping, or inventory management. Key activities include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, picking store systems, packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and organizing warehouse inventory. You will also be expected to maintain high productivity standards and adhere to all warehouse safety procedures.
