About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment within a fast-paced distribution center setting.

Compensation and Incentives

This position offers a competitive pay range of $15 to $21 per hour. $21 per hour. Beyond base pay, there are numerous opportunities to increase earnings through overtime pay, overnight shift differentials, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses. and various incentive programs. Depending on your shift and location, you may qualify for attendance bonuses, productivity bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight work bonuses, and other performance incentives.
