About the Role
Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker, your day will involve a variety of essential tasks depending on the specific needs of the warehouse, such as receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory management, packing, shipping, or inventory control, or inventory management. You will be responsible for unloading delivery trucks, sorting merchandise, and scanning inventory into warehouse systems, and tracking systems. Additionally, you will pick merchandise for store orders, pack and label shipments, stack and wrap pallets, and organize warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Safety and Standards
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount. You will be expected to follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards while working in a dynamic distribution center environment. Your attention to detail and adherence to protocols will help ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Compensation
This position typically pays $15 to $21 per hour. Compensation may include opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift differential, holiday pay, and performance-based bonuses, depending on shift and location. Some locations may also offer attendance bonuses, productivity bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight shifts.
