About the Role

Family Dollar is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that merchandise is efficiently received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped to support our retail operations. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment within a fast-paced distribution setting.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve a variety of hands-on tasks essential to warehouse operations. You may work across different departments—including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory—packing, shipping, or inventory—depending on the needs of the warehouse. Key activities include unloading trucks, sorting merchandise, scanning inventory into warehouse systems, picking store systems, and organizing warehouse inventory. You will also be responsible for packing and labeling shipments, stacking and wrapping pallets, and ensuring all safety procedures and productivity standards are met.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $21 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, overnight shift different shifts and locations.
