Warehouse Stocker

Family Dollar is seeking Warehouse Workers to assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise in a distribution center environment. This position is integral to maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center operations. Warehouse Workers are responsible for ensuring that merchandise is accurately processed and ready for store replenishment. This role supports the broader mission of keeping Family Dollar stores stocked and serving customers effectively by maintaining efficient warehouse logistics. Employees may work across various departments including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, or inventory, packing, shipping, or inventory, depending on the specific needs of the warehouse at any given time. The position operates within a fast-paced distribution center environment where adhering to safety procedures and productivity standards is essential.
