Warehouse Sr. Industrial Engineer - Start-ups (remote)

About the Role

This position is designed to support Ryder's Continuous Improvement culture across the operation. The Engineer will actively apply continuous improvement methods to support both new and existing operations, identifying and driving change through data-driven CI, engineering, and automation efforts. The goal is to deliver higher levels of performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

You will interface with employees at all levels and functions across the operation, reporting to the Lead Engineer, CI Manager, or Sr. CI Manager while remaining closely aligned with Operations Management. This role is critical for enabling root cause identification and elimination by effectively leveraging data analytics, engineering methodologies, and advanced lean tools.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and possesses excellent time management skills. You must be able to work independently as well as lead or contribute effectively as a member of a team.
