About the Role

We are looking for a driven, successful leader to join our team as a Warehouse Site Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is critical for ensuring the daily management of our warehouse crew and delivering outstanding unloading services to our clients. You will run the site with safety and efficiency as top priorities, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for associates, managing daily communications regarding service levels, pay, and performance. Your day will involve auditing labor and billing reports, resolving customer service or associate issues, and ensuring all team members adhere to Capstone policies and safety work rules. You will also play a key role in budget management, scheduling shifts based on customer requirements, and overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of new associates.
