About the Role
This position represents the final step before taking over your own site. As a Site Supervisor, you will learn to represent Capstone with our partners while managing day-to-day activities with associates, ensuring that safety and productivity remain the top priorities. In this role, you may be asked to run portions of the business or an entire shift, serving as a critical training opportunity to hone the skills necessary to eventually run your own site.
Given Capstone's rapid growth over the past years, the opportunity to advance to site ownership could arrive sooner than expected. You will foster a team-centric environment, train new hires, and ensure all associates adhere to Capstone policies and safety work rules. This is a dynamic role designed for a driven individual ready to take on increasing management responsibility in the distribution and transportation fields.

We are looking for a driven, successful Supervisor with 2-5 years of increasing management responsibility. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefit package after 30 days.

- check_circleComplete daily closeout including cash balancing and payroll administration
- check_circleNegotiate rates with common carrier representatives
- check_circleRun site operations with safety and efficiency as priorities
- check_circleSchedule associate shifts based on customer requirements
Requirements
- verified2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting
- verifiedIntermediate PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- verifiedWarehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third-Party experience preferred
- verifiedBS/BA Degree or Associates Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus
- verifiedBackground check required
