About the Role

This Site Supervisor position is the final step before taking over your own site. You will learn to represent Capstone with our partners while managing day-to-day activities with associates, ensuring that safety and productivity remain the top focus. In this role, you may be asked to run portions of the business or an entire shift, serving as a training opportunity to hone the skills necessary to eventually lead your own location.

You will create a team-centric environment where new hires are trained and supported. The role involves negotiating rates with common carrier representatives, managing site operations with a focus on safety and efficiency, and ensuring all customer needs are met daily. You will also be responsible for documenting and resolving customer service or associate issues, holding weekly safety meetings, and assisting in managing site and departmental budgets.
