About the Role
Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our fulfillment centers to ensure customer orders are selected, packed, and prepared for delivery with speed and accuracy. In this fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in the logistics chain, working alongside a team to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards for safety and productivity.
Day in the Life
As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will locate items in the warehouse using handheld scanners, pack them into boxes or bags, and label packages for shipment. You may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the facility. Your work ensures that orders are accurate and processed on time, ready for delivery drivers to reach customers.

Compensation and Incentives
This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour.17 to $23 per hour. In addition to base pay, there are opportunities for overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts. Some locations may also offer sign-on bonuses and performance incentives.
