About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team in fulfillment centers across the country. This role is critical to our mission of delivering customer orders accurately and on time. As a key member of the Shopper Team, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain, ensuring that products reach customers efficiently.

Day in the Life

In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Your daily tasks include locating items within the warehouse and picking them using handheld scanners. You will then pack these items securely into boxes or bags, label packages, and prepare orders for shipment. Accuracy and speed are essential as you work to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining safety standards.

Beyond order fulfillment, associates may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse. You will work closely with delivery drivers to ensure orders are ready for dispatch. Throughout your shift, you must adhere to Amazon's strict safety procedures, scanning protocols, and productivity standards.
