Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team in fulfillment centers across the country. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Your primary responsibility is to locate items in the warehouse, pick items using handheld scanners, pack items into boxes or bags label packages and prepare orders for shipment. You will ensure that every order is accurate and processed on time, contributing to the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers satisfied.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will work in a dynamic warehouse setting where efficiency and accuracy are paramount. You will be expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining strict adherence to safety and scanning procedures. Beyond the core picking and packing duties, you may also be involved in unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse. Your work directly supports delivery drivers by ensuring orders are ready for dispatch. This position requires you to stay focused and productive in a high-energy environment, ensuring that safety and accuracy are maintained at all times.

Compensation and Incentives

This position typically pays $17 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for overtime pay, peak season bonuses, attendance bonuses, and shift differential pay for overnight or weekend shifts.
