Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to work in Amazon fulfillment centers. This role is essential to the customer experience, ensuring that orders are selected, packed, and prepared accurately and on time for delivery. Associates play a critical part in the fast-paced warehouse environment, working to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will locate items in the warehouse and pick them using handheld scanners. You will then pack items into boxes or bags, label packages appropriately. The role also involves preparing orders for shipment and potentially unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse. You will work closely with delivery drivers to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
