Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to work in Amazon fulfillment centers. This role is central to the customer experience, ensuring that orders are selected, packed, and prepared accurately and on time for delivery. Associates work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, high-energy warehouse setting where productivity, accuracy, and safety are paramount.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse and picking them using handheld scanners. You will pack items into boxes or bags, label packages, ensuring every order meets Amazon's quality standards before being prepared for shipment. Depending on operational needs, you may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the facility.

Safety and Standards

Success in this role requires strict adherence to Amazon’s safety procedures, scanning protocols, and productivity standards. You will be expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety. The environment is dynamic, requiring flexibility and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly.

Compensation
