Amazon Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team in fulfillment centers across the country. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Your primary mission is to ensure that customer orders are accurate, safe, and processed on time in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. You will locate items within the warehouse using handheld scanners, pick them with precision, and pack them securely into boxes or bags. You will also be responsible for labeling packages and preparing orders for shipment.

Beyond picking and packing, you may assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse. Your work directly supports delivery drivers by ensuring orders are ready for dispatch. Throughout your shift, you will be expected to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards for accuracy and safety.
