About the Role
As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will be a vital part of their operations in Irvine, CA. This role is designed for candidates with warehouse experience who possess strong work ethics, a positive attitude, and a stable work history. Training is provided to ensure you are ready to succeed.
In this position, you will operate within a unique environment where 99% of the work takes place inside a cold setting, including freezers at -20°F and refrigerated areas between 2-8°C. You must be comfortable working in these conditions. Your day-to-day impact involves managing the flow of materials, from receiving and storing incoming stock to picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will handle various physical tasks, including unpacking goods, checking them against work orders, and preparing packages for carriers like UPS and FedEx. The role requires operating packaging and material handling equipment while maintaining strict attention to detail and quality.
