About the Role
As a Selector, Non-Formula, you will be the foundation of our company's success. This role is essential to supporting America's food distribution system, ensuring the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while maintaining strict quality standards. You will work actively, safely, and independently to select and move product between the loading dock and the warehouse.
In this position, you will select cases and other containers of food and non-food products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems. Your day will involve placing items on pallets, utilizing company-provided equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and moving completed orders to the loading dock staging area. You will wrap, label, and ready orders for shipment in a timely manner. The role requires working in multi-temperature environments, including dry, cooler, and freezer sections, and adapting to a schedule that runs from 7:00 AM until the job is complete.

Requirements
