About the Team
Join the Staples World Class Supply Chain Team, where we deliver essential products to our customers. As an SC2 associate, you will be essential to the success of our supply chain operations. You may be moved into various roles within the warehouse, including Bulk/Material Handling, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, or Shipping, depending on business needs.
About the Role
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work a Monday-Friday shift from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The role involves a mix of operating material handling equipment (such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks) and manual tasks like lifting, stacking, and organizing customer orders.
Safety is our utmost priority. In this role, you are expected to ensure safe work practices and embrace our safety culture. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through our pay-for-performance program if you meet specific productivity thresholds.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible by law. Basic English language skills (both verbal and written) are required for effective communication with internal and external contacts.

- check_circleConfirm product accuracy and resolve discrepancies with colleagues
- check_circleMatch item quantities to packing slips and tag returned products
- check_circlePerform general cleaning and basic maintenance duties inside and outside the facility
- check_circleMaintain a safe and clean workspace while adhering to safety procedures
- check_circlePick products weighing up to 100 lbs and load them onto pallets
- check_circleManually unload trucks and palletize products for storage or shipping
- check_circleOrganize, stack, and shrink-wrap customer orders on pallets
Requirements
