About the Role
The Warehouse Manager serves as a critical partner to management, driving operational excellence across inventory, fleet, and daily warehouse activities. This role is designed to ensure the smooth flow of goods, from receiving deliveries to managing product rotation and maintaining a safe, efficient environment.
You will act as the secondary contact for warehouse access and security while collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory counts on trucks and within the facility. The position involves conducting quarterly business reviews to update Regional Accounts on market dynamics, competition, and promotional opportunities. Additionally, you will oversee the repackaging of products to reintroduce them into circulation in compliance with RBNA standards and manage the disposal of damaged or out-of-date inventory.
