About the Role
The Warehouse Manager serves as a critical partner to management, driving operational excellence across inventory, fleet, and daily warehouse activities. This role is designed to ensure the seamless flow of products, from receiving deliveries to managing rotation and repackaging, while maintaining strict adherence to RBNA standards.
You will act as the secondary contact for warehouse access and security, ensuring a safe and organized environment. The position requires a hands-on approach, balancing administrative duties like quarterly business reviews with the physical demands of the warehouse floor. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to maintain accurate inventory counts on trucks and in the facility, while also managing the disposal of damaged or out-of-date products.
