About the Role
As an Electronics Production Technician, you will be the backbone of our recycling operations. Your primary mission is to safely and efficiently dismantle, sort, and consolidate electronic systems for reuse and recycling. This role is vital to our environmental sustainability goals, requiring a blend of mechanical aptitude and organizational precision.
In a typical day, you will physically tear down electronic systems using various tools, segregate components into specific categories, and manage inventory through accurate labeling and tracking. You will collaborate with the team on continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency and safety, ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Beyond the technical tasks, you will serve as a representative of our company, interacting professionally with customers and maintaining high standards of workplace safety.

Hiring Process
