About the Role

As a Warehouse Manager in Germany, you will lead the full flow of resources from point of origin to destination, ensuring strict compliance with all Department of Defense (DoD) and contractual requirements. This role is critical for maintaining operational readiness in an OCONUS environment, where you will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and preparation for shipment of complex assets, including SATCOM and baseband equipment.

You will serve as the primary interface between logistics, engineering, supply chain, and government personnel, coordinating requirements and resolving discrepancies. Your day-to-day involves managing asset tracking systems, preparing technical documentation, and leading teams in packaging, crating, and staging for CONUS and OCONUS destinations. The position requires a constant state of situational awareness and the ability to adapt to rapid response logistics needs, including potential shift work and extended hours to support mission requirements.

Experience with Government shipping systems such as GATES, CMOS, MILSTRIP, or similar platforms. Familiarity with DoD warehousing, packing/handling standards, or IUID compliance. Forklift certification.
