About the Role

This Weekend Warehouse Loader position is based at a large, modern distribution center serving over 100 locations across multiple states. You will be the backbone of weekend operations, responsible for receiving, putting away, picking, and shipping products by hand. The role involves a fast-paced environment where you will handle merchandise coming off conveyors, palletize items for shipment, and ensure accurate counts and product quality.

While warehouse experience is not required, a background in physical labor is preferred. The position is physically demanding, requiring you to stand for the entire 12-hour shift and lift heavy, bulky items up to 70 pounds. However, the environment is designed to be engaging and supportive. The facility features a clean, safety-focused culture with comprehensive training and provided PPE. Break areas are equipped with an on-site cafeteria, a 24/7 quick shop, lounge areas, and recreational options like ping pong tables, video games, and massage chairs, creating a modern campus-like atmosphere within a distribution setting.

Hiring Process & Application
