About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of our operations, working within a fast-paced environment that may involve seasonal temperature variations. This role offers the opportunity to work across six distinct areas: Bulk/Material Handling, Porter duties, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns processing, or Shipping.
Depending on the specific area, your day-to-day activities will involve operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to move products, as well as manual tasks like unloading trucks, palletizing, and organizing orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean workspace, performing general cleaning and maintenance duties, and communicating effectively with colleagues to resolve discrepancies. As an SC2 associate, you may be moved into various roles as business needs dictate.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Full-time associates must be available to work additional hours beyond their scheduled shift, including overtime, based on business needs.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess basic English language skills. The selection process includes a drug screen (to the extent permissible legally). Successful candidates will be expected to adopt safety procedures quickly and demonstrate the ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more.
