About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Generalist to support our growing mission. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy working on their feet at a quick pace for extended periods. The position is central to our operations, ensuring superior customer satisfaction by moving inventory items accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily workflow, handling assignments that vary from receiving and stocking to picking and packing products according to customer orders. You will be responsible for verifying product counts, inspecting items for quality and damage, and ensuring all shipments are packed safely and labeled correctly. Beyond the physical tasks, you will maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to strict safety standards, and assist in training new hires on the fundamentals of the Material Handler position.
