The Role

This position is designed for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will perform a wide variety of manual duties involving physical labor, serving as a critical link in our logistics operations. Your day will involve loading and unloading cartons and boxes of merchandise onto or off of trailers, often lifting items overhead. You will determine where cartons need to be sorted and stacked onto pallets, ensuring freight is put away in designated areas.

Accuracy is paramount in this role. You will check, verify, and audit materials, entering data into a database to ensure the correct items have been received and are free from damage or defects. You will also identify and remove defective products. While the role requires significant physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs. continuously, you may also operate power equipment to move merchandise. Success in this role requires strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to actively participate in safety policies.
